TLV 4 - Video

[Here is Barbara, looking distinctly irritated. There are dark circles under her eyes, and her hair is a mess. It's clear she's been paying far more attention to work than herself, and that she's in absolutely no mood.]

You know, it'd be nice if he got specific for once. "A problem". What kind of problem? What glitch, exactly, makes people able to communicate with us across time and space? Why can't we do this on a regular basis?

[Her voice is just dripping with disdain, now.] Should I even assume he knows?

[She takes a moment, reigns in the jagged aggravation.]

Any of you looking for answers - I'm sorry, but I can't give you any. I don't know why you can communicate with us. I don't know how it works. I don't know if you'll even remember this later.

We're a cross-dimensional rehabilitation facility. Our Admiral is staggeringly incompetent.

((Completely open to Fourth Wall shenanigans! Don't mind her she's had a rough week.))

But that's what you do. If your captain can't steer, you take it away or you get in the lifeboats. [ He bailed out on Manning's BPRD, after all. ]

Sounds like a really lousy ship if they don't got enough boats for all hands.

No? See, mutiny sounds better and better. Right boys? [ There's a number of drunk, dead sailors who throw up a hurrah! And then a few other drunk dead sailors who grumble. Some who died in mutiny, others who didn't care so long as tyranny was overthrown. ] See? We've got yer back!

[ He is very, very drunk, even if he isn't a dead sailor. ]
